Overview

VPF100H03 is a large-flow high-precision bidirectional stepping electronic expansion valve designed for large commercial HVAC, high-power reversible heat pumps and industrial low-temperature refrigeration equipment. As the core automatic flow control component of large-scale HVAC systems, it adopts two-phase four-wire permanent magnet stepping structure with 3500 full opening steps, which can continuously and stably adjust large refrigerant flow in real time, accurately stabilize evaporator superheat, optimize the overall operation efficiency of refrigeration units and reduce energy consumption significantly. It is compatible with mainstream HCFC, HFC, HFO refrigerants such as R410A, R134a, R407C, R404A, adopts 1-3/8″×1-3/8″ straight ODF welding interface, supports horizontal and vertical pipeline installation, and built-in sight glass to observe refrigerant running state in real time, with excellent bidirectional flow balance performance suitable for large reversible heat pump systems.
