Overview

VPF400H03 is an ultra-large capacity high-precision bidirectional stepping electronic expansion valve developed for heavy-duty commercial HVAC, high-power reversible air source heat pumps and large industrial refrigeration systems. As the core automatic throttling component of large-scale HVAC systems, it adopts two-phase four-wire permanent magnet stepping motor with 3800 full opening steps. It can continuously and stably adjust large-volume refrigerant flow in real time, accurately stabilize evaporator superheat, optimize unit operating conditions and effectively reduce overall power consumption. Compatible with mainstream HCFC, HFC and low-GWP HFO refrigerants including R134a, R410A, R407C, R404A, R507A, R1234ze. Equipped with 2-1/8″×2-1/8″ ODF straight solder connection, supports horizontal and vertical pipeline installation, with balanced bidirectional flow characteristics ideal for large reversible heat pump equipment.
